We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Part-Time Remote Researcher to help us find compelling stories and potential guests for our content.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Remote Researcher, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing 3-4 unique and engaging stories daily. Your goal is to ensure that at least 20 of the sourced guests convert into filmed interviews. You will also engage with our audience by responding to comments on our YouTube channel, fostering a strong and interactive community.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify 3-4 compelling stories per day that align with Briefly TV’s content themes.
- Reach out to potential guests, assess their suitability, and coordinate initial communication.
- Ensure at least 20 guests per month successfully proceed to filmed interviews.
- Monitor and respond to comments on our YouTube channel to enhance audience engagement.
- Maintain a database of potential guests and follow up as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with trending topics and viral stories relevant to Briefly TV’s niche.
requirements:
- Previous experience in research, journalism, content sourcing, SMM or a related field.
- Strong ability to identify engaging and unique human-interest stories.
- Excellent communication skills for guest outreach and audience engagement.
- Understanding of YouTube community engagement and social media trends.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to meet daily research targets and monthly conversion goals.
