We are looking for Junior/Middle videographer/content creator who is able to build a consistent pipeline of long-form wildlife content for our new YouTube channel. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality nature footage and ambient sound, editing the content into engaging videos, and creating thumbnails that support channel performance and audience growth.

The Videographer role is a full-time remote position responsible for producing high-quality video content.
responsibilities:
- Capture 2–3-hour wildlife and nature videos daily (video and audio)
- Record clean, immersive ambient soundReview and select the most engaging footage
- Perform basic video editingApply color correction and LUTs when necessary
- Export final videos according to YouTube specificationsDesign YouTube thumbnails
- Deliver projects on time and according to quality standards.
Key challenges to success in position:
- Capturing engaging wildlife footage in natural environments
- Unpredictable weather and outdoor filming conditions
- Managing and reviewing large amounts of raw footage
- Working independently without direct supervision
- Recording high-quality ambient audio in the field
Travel requirements and frequency:
- Regular travel to natural outdoor locations, depending on workload.
- No international travel required.
- Candidate must have reliable access to suitable filming locations.
Skills and knowledge required:
Must-have:
- Video shooting experience using action cameras or digital cameras.
- Video editing skills
- Basic color correction skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to create YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Understanding of YouTube content standards and formats.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
- Wildlife or nature videography experience.
- Knowledge of YouTube analytics and performance metrics.
- Drone operation experience.
- Understanding of wildlife behaviour and outdoor filming techniques.
